SWEAT is the ultimate high energy, fast paced class designed to burn fat and tone muscle without the use of heavy weights.
SWEAT combines bodyweight, running-biking-rowing, and basic weightlifting movements using kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, etc.
With a proven combination of simple strength, core, and functional training, you will be able to burn fat and transform your body in less than 12 weeks, regardless of your current fitness level.
